State Department for Co-operatives Principal Secretary Mr. Patrick Kiburi Kilemi today paid a courtesy call to the office of Kisumu County Governor, where he was received by Deputy Governor Dr. Mathew Ochieng’ Owili.
PS Kilemi is in the company of Principal Secretary of Industry Dr. Juma Mukwana.
Principal Secretaries are in the county to lead in Cotton promotion and seed launch meetings at the Ahero Multi-Purpose Hall.
They later paid a courtesy visit to Regional Commissioner Ms. Flora Mworoa.
