State Cooperatives Principal Secretary Mr. Patrick Kilemi paid a courtesy visit to Keystone DT Sacco, former Kisumu Teachers Sacco, where he met the top management and discussed the role of Sacco Sub-sector in the realization of Kenya’s Vision 2030 and the Bottom-Up Economy transformation Agenda by mobilizing savings and credit uptake for investments.
