The Cabinet Secretary for Co-operatives and MSMEs Development, Hon. Simon Chelugui was accompanied by the State Department for Co-operatives Principal Secretary Mr. Patrick Kilemi during the New Kenya Co-operatives Creameries (New KCC) Limited Strategic Plan 2023-2027 Presentation to the Board of Directors where they were received by New KCC Managing Director Mr. Nixon Sigey and Board Chairman Mr. David Maina.
The Strategic Plan is aligned to the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda. Both the CS and PS gave their input to this very crucial document.
