State Department for Co-operatives Principal Secretary Hon. Patrick Kiburi Kilemi today joined Cabinet Secretary for Co-operatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Development Hon. Simon Kiprono Chelugui during the official opening of the 10th Stima Sacco Branch-Electricity House, Harambee Avenue, Nairobi. Also present was Commissioner for Co-operatives Development (CCD) Mr. David Obonyo, among other delegates who graced the occasion.
